Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases made from Hartley & Grey. It is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit them.

60-day returns

You have 60 days from delivery to return any item in unworn condition (indoor try-ons are fine) for a full refund or an exchange. Wrong size? Swaps are free — we'll send the replacement size at no charge.

How to start a return

Contact us through the contact page on our website with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions within one working day. Once your return has been received and checked, we'll confirm by email and refund your original payment method within 14 days.

Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it without giving a reason, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us straight away: we'll put it right at no cost to you, return postage included.
