Fit & sizing

Do your shoes run true to size?
Most styles run true to UK sizing. Where a style runs large or small, we say so on the product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for an orthopaedic fit.

What makes them "orthopaedic"?
Every pair is built around a contoured footbed with arch support, a cushioned heel and a roomy toe box — designed to reduce pressure on feet, knees and lower back over a full day of wear.

Are they suitable for problem feet?
Many of our customers wear our styles for bunions, plantar fasciitis or wide feet, and choose them for the soft uppers and generous toe room. For medical conditions, please follow the advice of your podiatrist or GP.

60 days, no quibbles: return any unworn pair for a full refund, or swap for a different size free of charge. Full details on our Delivery & Returns page.
