Delivery
Delivery is free on every UK order — no minimum spend. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- United Kingdom: 5 to 10 working days
- International: 7 to 14 working days
These times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
60-day returns
You have 60 days from delivery to return any item in unworn condition (indoor try-ons are fine) for a full refund or an exchange.
Wrong size? Swaps are on us — we'll send the new size free of charge.
How to start a return
Email us via the contact page with your order number and we'll send you the return steps within one working day. Once your return arrives and is checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Your statutory rights
Our 60-day policy is in addition to your statutory rights, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
